Maintain the strata roll
What the strata roll is, who can view it, and the owner's right to inspect under strata legislation.
Before you start

AdminorSecretaryrole in your building. - check_circle
You have lot owners' service addresses and any corporate ownership details.

You know whether any lots are owned via a corporation (different disclosure rules apply).
Open the strata roll
Go to Buildings → Strata Roll. Each row represents a lot.
Update an owner's service address
Click the row, then Edit service address. The new address takes effect for the next levy notice and meeting notice.
Mark corporate ownership
Toggle Corporate owner on the lot and add the company name and ABN.
Confirm lot entitlements
Cross-check entitlements against the registered plan; correct entitlements are essential for accurate levy calculations and voting weight.
Export for regulatory lodgement
Use Download CSV to export the full roll in the format accepted by your state's regulator.

Any lot owner has a statutory right to inspect the roll. Tenants generally cannot. The owner's audit log records who viewed or exported it.
What happens if a service address is wrong?expand_more
A levy notice or meeting notice sent to a stale address may be invalid. Always confirm the address with the owner in writing before changing it.
