Understand the health score
The vault health score (0–100) reflects how complete your document collection is across five categories: Insurance, Compliance, Financial, Meeting Records, and Building Plans. Each category is weighted by regulatory importance.
Identify missing documents
Open Documents → Library and check the health panel. Documents flagged as Missing or Expired are listed with an explanation of why they matter. Critical items (e.g. current insurance certificate) reduce the score significantly.
Upload missing documents
Click Upload next to any missing item and select the document type. StrataOwn categorises and indexes it automatically. The health score updates immediately after upload.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a perfect score?expand_more
100 means every document in every critical category is present and not expired. A score above 80 is generally considered well-managed; below 60 indicates significant gaps that could create compliance risk.
How often does the score update?expand_more
The score updates in real time as documents are uploaded or expire. StrataOwn also checks expiry dates daily and will reduce the score automatically when a document passes its expiry date.
